- In 1990, as we were driving through a little village, I noticed a quaint old barn with a corrugated roof, and a newly-built house adjacent to it. They were standing on a large plot of land, full of pernicious weeds - a corner of a farmer's field, in fact. Then we saw the "For Sale" sign. Four months later we moved in and decided to create a garden for wildlife. contact me

Lucky you! I know they can be a pest, but I'd feed them if they came to me!
Just beautiful...the squirrel is cute. Normally squirrels kind of give me the creeps but this little guy looks cute.
I just love when the wild creatures manage to survive in spite of mankind's interference. I love them all!

I love rhodos, they grew almost wild in the lane where I lived as a child, I was always enamoured of them...

The neighborhood squirrels visit my bird feeders so often they are getting positively fat! I love to watch their antics. Wildlife makes a garden all the more interesting.
